RPE Tracker app for iPhone and iPad

The Remote Patient Encounters (RPE) application addresses the physicians requirement to see patients outside of the physicians office. These patients may be in various Care Centers such as hospitals and nursing homes.

RPE creates a census of these remote patients via an Admit and Discharge function. Encounters can then be set up for these patients at the various care centers.

Encounter data such as Diagnosis, Medications, Notes and Billing codes are captured for billing. A summary E-Mail of each encounter can be optionally sent as required.

There are also supporting functions that facilitate the maintenance of Attending Physicians, Care Centers, Billing Information and patients. A basic Audit trail can optionally be captured that identifies the functions that have been used. An Encounter summary containing all patient encounter data for a period of time can be printed or emailed as required.
